Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

As a consumer purchasing goods online from MND Shop, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the last item of your order (the “Withdrawal Period”).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timely Notification: You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day Withdrawal Period (see Section 3).

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition it was received. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories may be subject to stricter return conditions, or may not be returnable if their original sealed packaging is broken.

Note: You may inspect and try on the training outfit to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, but if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for this inspection, you may be liable for the diminished value of the goods.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision (e.g., by mail or e-mail) within the 14-day period.

  1. Notification: Send an email to customerservice@mndshop.fi with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.

  2. Required Information: In the email, include:

    • Your name

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form (if provided by us) inside the package.

  4. Shipping: Send the product(s) back to the following return address without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Withdrawal: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item back to arrange for a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

     
  • Deductions: We are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the product’s decrease in value, if the product has been used or handled in a manner not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend the following process for the fastest service:

  1. Return: Follow the process in Section 3 to return the original item for a full refund.

  2. New Purchase: Place a new order for the desired size/color on our website.

This ensures the item you want is reserved for you and shipped immediately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately at customerservice@mndshop.fi with the following information:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear description of the defect or error.

  3. Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

We will arrange for the return of the faulty item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
